A new English section in my website! Finally!
Yes! I finally took the time to translate my actual French website in English for this new racing season. Thanks to my webmaster, Yves Côté (www.passionmoto.com), a brand new section all in English is now available! From now on, it will be a lot easier for all my fans and other bike fans to follow my racing season this year !

First racing season as a “professional” pilot!!
I am, once again, back this year on the race tracks! A little change though for the 2008 racing season: I will be racing as a professional pilot! I’ll be racing in the “Pro 600” and “Pro Superbike” categories with the big boys! Do not look for me anymore on the track with the Amateurs, because I will have big black numbers on my bike instead of red ones! I’ll be up against those fast guys but still, I plan on getting behind a few and let them know that I’m there! See you soon on the track!

A new plate number this year – BLACK 83!
With all the good results and my 2 championship form last season, I am obliged this year, and it is with great pleasure, to move up a rank and pass to the professional level! I then had to change my red plate number to a black one for this new and upcoming racing season. And why not then change my plate number at the same time? So, as not to mix you guys up too much, I have chosen the number “83” for this year! There is still an “8” and a “3”, but this time, they’re just inverted: so make sure to look for the black 83 number plate on the racetrack rather than a red 138!!

Alain: back up on his 2 legs!!
At last! After being operated in last October, Alain was forced to exchange his motorcycle for a pair of crutches, due to a bad crash late in September of last year. After lots of work, patience and physiotherapy, Alain was back on the trackside with dad and me for the first try-outs of this season. This year though, Alain will concentrate on the bikes’ maintenance and development. He’ll have fun playing around with the suspensions and everything that goes with the bikes and the motors and all, as well as coaching me closely on the track. No racing for him this year! He’ll be busy enough with me once again this year!!

A ‘little’ newcomer in the team!
With the great support of my main sponsor, Excel Moto Honda, in Montréal, I had the unexpected surprise of learning that a new little ‘bomb’ would be part of our team this season! I will have the chance of riding a brand new CBR 1000 RR 2008 in the ‘Pro Superbike’ races! Ah ha! Talk about being lucky! I will finally be able to have fun with the ‘big bikes’ this year and have enough ‘juice’ on the track! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS! A huge thanks to Excel Moto Honda for this awesome machine!
